On Dad’s Pond

This is a Giclee print of my original acrylic painting named “On Dad’s Pond”. This would make a perfect gift for someone who loves ducks, for dad at Fathers Day or a Birthday gift . 

I painted this Mallard Duck because one of my good friends father loves Mallard Ducks. On his property was a pond and every year the ducks would habitat the pond. When he was younger he would sit for hours watching the ducks go about their daily routine. My friend wanted to give a him a painting that would remind him of the Mallard Ducks that he loved. When she gave the painting to her dad he was so happy. It now hangs in his living room where he can reminisce of times past that brought him joy and happiness.
